Refund policy
At Candleier, every order is packed with care and intention. Since our products are delicate by nature, we request you to review the policy below before placing an order.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please write to us within 48 hours of delivery at along with clear images of the product and packaging.
The replacement/exchange items(s) will be delivered within 6 working days.
Returns Requested by Customers
If you wish to return a product due to personal preference, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Approved returns will be eligible for:
- Store credit, or
- Refund after deduction of applicable shipping charges (forward and return shipping)
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused
- Returned in original packaging
- In resellable condition
Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased during sales or promotional discounts
- Used, lit, or opened products

- Reason for return/exchange
- Supporting photos (if applicable)
